Terms of Service

← Back to the map

Last updated: June 26, 2026. These Terms govern your use of FieldValue at fieldvalue.xsupra.io ("the Service"), operated by XSUPRA GmbH ("we", "us"). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FieldValue shows parcel-level information and an estimated value for U.S. cropland fields, together with a soil rating and a site score, derived from open public data.

Estimates, not appraisals. All values and scores are derived estimates computed from public-domain sources (USDA NASS, USDA NRCS gSSURGO, USGS, gridMET). They are not appraisals, broker price opinions, or official valuations, and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, real-estate or legal advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any transaction. Verify independently before acting.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account, created through our login provider (Auth0). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract.

3. Purchases and pricing

4. Delivery and refunds

A purchased field report is digital content delivered immediately upon payment (the field is unlocked in your account). Because access is granted instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the report was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact hello@xsupra.io and we will help.

5. Acceptable use

6. Intellectual property & data

The underlying public datasets are owned by their providers; U.S. federal sources are in the public domain (see Data sources & licenses). Our compilation, processing, models, scores and presentation are our intellectual property. Purchasing a report grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use it for your own purposes; it does not transfer ownership of the Service or its data.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the estimates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant purchase in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, announced. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where the operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your place of residence. Provider and contact details: Company & Contacthello@xsupra.io.
